That's two weeks in a row Show has given a shout out to one of my favorite books. This week, the boys are presumably hunting down Death and Pestilence for their bling, with some (probably) ill advised help from an unlikely ally.
We weren't even in front of the speakers, we were behind then, so we're not even getting the full blast of the bass. It was rattling so hard that ... you realize that your eyeballs are being rattle in your skull.
VOLUME! CLARITY! BASS! WE MUST HAVE BASS!
The dancing glitter at 5:20 is trippy. Tip o'the hat to @rd2020.
More great LOST inspired art from Ty Mattson. He kicked things off with a series of viewing party invites that he turned into posters, and is now creating illustrations based on each episode of the current and finale season.
This new work distills the heart of the episode into starkly elegant form.
"Recon" might be my favorite. I'm still holding out hope for a Sawyer / Juliet reunion in Timeline B, despite the fact that she's busy fighting aliens in Timeline V.
The home world has picked another gem to tweet tonight. Reign of Fire should have been much better than it was, but somehow just ... didn't ... quite ... get there.
Despite this
And this
And most certainly this!

Created by Chicago designer Christina Liedtke, more than 1,800 flowers were individually cut and sewn from 600 wrappers of the world's most perfect food - peanut M&Ms.
One week from RIGHT NOW, Zoomom and I will be in New Orleans at Jazz Fest. Based on previous experience, the Fair Grounds will likely be one big mud bowl by then as well.
He and David Twohy have been talking up the third Riddick movie for the past year, and now we receive another glimmer of hope that the project is moving forward. Riddick himself released this concept art via Facebook.
It's hard to believe, but April 8 was the 20th anniversary of the debut of Twin Peaks. I was in college at the time, and clearly couldn't be seen hanging out in the TV room when I could be out doing college type stuff, so I had my mom tape it for me. This meant when I came home at breaks, I would have 5 or 6 hours of show that I would watch all at one go.
It was kind of like having your brain removed, danced on by a midget, and then replaced with pie.
I wonder if Josie is still trapped in the night stand?
Big, big show! Supernatural reaches the 100 mark while taking the turn into the final four episodes of the season.
Dean seems to be ready to say yes, but the angels have come up with a terrifying new plan to defeat Lucifer. Bridget Fonda and Anne Parillaud guest star, Thursday at 9:00 pm EDT.

Tonight may see the single greatest moment in social media history occur. THIS is why twitter was invented.
The homeworld will be hosting its first group tweet tonight at 9:00 pm EDT. So order up David Lynch's Dune from Netflix's watch instantly library and join the fun. You can follow along @io9commentary or use hashtag #io9mondaymovie.
Tip o'the hat to Nip/Tuck Catherine for pointing out that while Becks is a perfectly cromulent British Friday pick, a little Henry Ian Cusick love is well in order. And so, part of the second, in honor of this coming Tuesday's Des-centric LOST episode.
