(Unrelated, but by the most tenuous of threads) One of the (only) super-cool things about living in Houston is that both my kids go to school with the children of astronauts. Last year, the dad of one of North's classmate's was Scott Parazynski who has gone to space 5 times, and has performed like a zillion space walks. The last time he was up there was last year, and he was the astronaut who did a bunch of crazy dangerous repair work on the solar panels of the space station. Or something.
And this year, one of Henry's classmates' dad is Greg Chamitoff, who has just returned to earth yesterday after being on the space station for 6 months (!). The school had a teleconference with him while he was in space. HOW COOL IS THAT? Also, he was the first person to bring bagels into space. True fact.
